There is a cellophane label on the back, printed in silver lettering, with all the specifics - "Parfum, 12 fl. oz., 3.7 ml."

Redken Labs, Inc. introduced "Piquet" in 1979. The decal label on the bottom of the bottle indicates the fluid content as 1/8 fl. oz. of Cologne. The delicate stopper is plastic in the shape of a butterfly. This bottle has never been opened and is completely full. However, this perfume is very old and may not be usable.

HARD-TO-FIND, MINI GOLF BAG PIN, PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1940s
This hard-to-find whimsical mini perfume bottle, in the shape of a golf bag with clubs, is actually a pin. The bottle is empty. The large, threaded, metal cap has a safety pin attached to the side. The heads of the clubs have impressed detail on both sides. The cap has black and red enameled bands. No markings on the bottle or cap.

Lovely, first size, shiny black enamel perfume bottle in the shape of a crown -- contains "Incanto" (Spell), by Italian designer, Simonetta. The bottle is unopened. It is difficult to determine whether there is any fragrance remaining in the bottle - if there is - it is 70 years old and should not be worn! The stopper is clear with faceted edges. The round, gold-printed, paper label on the bottom of the bottle indicates the fluid content as 1/4 oz. The box cover is printed with black leafy vines that drape around the printed fluting. The paper on the cover is embossed to not only simulate the look of fluting - but is made to feel like it too! Simonetta's name is printed on the top of the cover in hazy type with a halow effect around the lettering (simulating a spell, a trance!). The interior of the box bottom has an ivory-colored satin lining that holds the bottle in place.
Bottle Size: 1 7/8" high x 1 3/16" wide (at widest point).
Box Size: 3 1/4" high x 2 5/16" wide. Condition: Bottle and gold-printed label - MINT. Box - very good, with age-related discoloration and scrapes on top. Insert in box cover has 2 splits but stays in place and holds the bottle in place. Foil paper on box bottom has some missing foil (most likely from removal of price sticker). This special Faberge bottle has a pattern of leaves molded around the clear glass pot. The bright, nasturtium-orange cap is molded as a bouquet of flowers sitting on top of the pot. Bottom label with maker and fragrance names. More than half full of the Fleurs du Monde fragrance remains. This is a discontinued fragrance and is a hard-to-find, special holiday Faberge mini with its unusual orange cap.

Rare size, tiny, 1-inch-high, D'Orsay, Trophee, mini perfume bottle. Clear crystal cushion-shaped bottle. Baccarat 1935 design. Scroll-shaped white crystal stopper with intaglio-molded D'Orsay coat of arms on the top. The extremely delicate labeling on the bottle is intact. It is made of embossed, die-cut white paper, similar to the delicate paper and technique used in making paper doilies! The bottle is unopened and is tied down with a narrow, white and ochre fabric ribbon over the top of the flat stopper. The bottle comes in its original paper-hinged, white and ochre box with the D'Orsay crest and Trophee name, also in delicate die-cut paper, on the cover and front of the box. The original outer cardboard box and original outer wrapping are also included. This is an amazingly intact, complete presentation for this exceptionally rare, smallest-size, sample bottle.

PARFUMS CHEVALIER GARDE, INC., RARE MINI, PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1937
This rare mini size bottle produced by Parfums Chevalier Garde, Inc.* was used for their fragrances, Fleur de Perse, HRH and Roi de Rome. The clear and frosted boule bottle has an escutcheon with the initials "PCG." Large frosted glass stopper molded as a double-headed eagle wearing Russian imperial crown and shield, inspired by the Russian Chevalier-Garde. Bottle is nearly full of original perfume. This bottle is the smallest of 3 sizes produced by this company.

* This bottle is more difficult to find than the version with a frosted flared base. That version was used by the Imperial Formula company for their fragrance "Mine Alone" and possibly other fragrances produced by them. The escutcheon on that bottle has the molded script initials "IF."

VINTAGE, PARK & TILFORD, FAOEN NO 3, MINI PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1926
Park & Tilford was a New York company with a clever slogan: "Park & Tilford offers exquisite perfumes that make you a queen for every occasion, without costing a king's ransom." (No truth in advertising back then!) The fragrance, Faoen 3 was trademarked in 1926. As a new collector, the first time I saw a Park & Tilford perfume bottle for sale, I was immediately transported back to the musty, dusty, wood-floor, hometown "Five and Dime" store of my early childhood in Medford, Massachusetts. It is there in the 1940s that I first saw P&T perfume bottles for sale. This humble little mini perfume bottle holds great nostalgia for me, and perhaps, for you, too! The clear glass pyramid-shaped bottle has a large black bakelite cap that conforms to the pyramid shape of the bottle. A gold foil label with 1930s graphics covers the front of the bottle.

Jeanne Paquin was a leading French fashion designer, known for her modern and innovative designs. She was the first major female couturier and one of the pioneers of the modern fashion business. The couture house, Paquin of Paris, France, introduced perfumes beginning in 1939, and eventually merged with Worth in 1954. This listing is for a wonderful black glass bottle for Paquin's perfume, "9 X 9" introduced in 1939. The gold foil shield-shaped label on the front bears the frangrance name. An old European-style price label is on the bottom. However, the star of this fragrance creation is the gold metal stopper with a motif resembling pleated fabric topped with a blue cabochon stone.

Iconic violin-shaped perfume bottle for Dana's, Tabu fragrance. The choice of a violin-shaped bottle for their highly successful cologne was not surprising. It was inspired by the long-running 1930s-40s advertisement for Tabu cologne featuring the painting, "The Kreutzer Sonata (1901)" by Rene-Xavier Prinet, showing a violinist, overcome with passion, breaking off his performance to embrace his female accompanist. The advertisement's tagline was "Tabu, the forbidden fragrance"!

VINTAGE, COTY, EMERAUD, MINI PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1930s
Coty, Inc. is a beauty brand founded by Francois Coty in 1904. Born Joseph Marie Francois Spoturno, he was a native of Corsica. He moved to Paris and adopted the more French-sounding name of Francois Coty. Coty introduced the fragrance, Emeraud, to the market in 1921. This clear glass, beveled flask bottle with green bakelite cap is shown in various 1937 and 1939 Christmas ads for Coty products dating it to over 80 years old! Two labels on the front. The larger label has," Emeraude de Coty" in gold lettering over a gold foil orange and green deco design. The smaller label at the base has "Coty, New York, Cont. 0.20 ozs." in green letters. Bottom of the bottle is embossed "Coty". This very old classic Coty mini is a little jewel to add to your collection.

OLD SOUTH PERFUMERS, PLANTATION GARDEN, BLOWN GLASS MINI PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1941
Most commercial perfumes come in molded glass perfume bottles. However, this unusual example is a blown glass perfume bottle that was used by Old South Perfumers for the fragrance, "Plantation Garden." The bottle has a lovely delicate tapered-waist. The bottle is topped with a tiny green plastic screw-in stopper. A partial cello label remains on the bottom of the bottle. I find it amazing that these fragile little perfume gems have somehow managed to survived the decades. This bottle is almost 85 years old! White Shoulders was launched by the design house of Evyan sometime in the 1940s, 1943-45. The company was named for Evelyn Diane Westall, the wife of the company's owner, Dr. Walter Langer. Evyan advertised that all their products were made in America, and they wanted to show that American perfumers could compete in the industry with Europe, especially, France. Also these were the war years, World War II, and Americans wanted to show their patriotism by supporting American industries. This seventy-something year old nostalgic treasure is made of clear glass with a peach plastic ball cap. Front paper label with a "cameo" of a lady's bust and fragrance name.

Fabulous mini perfume bottle designed by Salvador Dali after his famous neoclassical, surrealistic painting, Apparition of the Visage of Aphrodite of Cnidos in a Landscape (1981). This colorful and fanciful bottle replicates the nose and lips features of Aphrodite in the painting. The bottle is the lips produced in clear glass. The frosted plastic stopper is the nose. Salvador Dali's first fragrance, named "Dali," was launched in 1983. This 1/8 ounce sized bottle is unopened and full.

The fragrance, Sirene, was introduced in the year 1994 by the design house of Vicky Tiel. This lovely replica mini comes in a frosted tall bottle with two secductive nude ladies molded into the glass. Each lady is repeated twice in the over-all design of the bottle. The stopper is a white frosted sea shell. I chose this bottle for my collection because of its appealing classical nude design and because it is a replica of the full-sized bottle. Comes in original box. The bottle still has all of its fragrance.

This vintage Faberge fragrance was launched 59 years ago, in 1964. This wonderfully, nostalgic, vintage mini is going to make some sweet little old lady say, "Awww! That was the cologne my Honey always wore when we were courting way back then in the 60s!" The fragrance is Brut. "Oh, what a hunk he was, and I loved the way he smelled when he wore Brut after-shave cologne." The masculine bottle is green glass with a silver cap - now showing its age. The label on the front is gray enameled lettering, "Faberge, Brut, for Men." A hint of the wonderful Brut fragrance still lightly lingers in the bottle and cap.

This is a fascinating classic mini by Nicole Miller for her signature masculine fragrance, Nicole Miller, launched in 1993. Basically simple in design, its appeal is in its very unusual color - frosted, orange glass, its wonderful satiny "feel" and the creative concept of the bottle and packaging. The ribbed bottle is molded to simulate corrugated cardboard. The plastic simulated "crunched cardboard" cap, gathered at the neck, completes this unique bottle. Cello label on the bottom. The bottle is full of EDT and comes in its original "corrugated cardboard" box. Bottle color and innovative design are elements that can elevate a collection from ordinary to wow! This is one of the "Wow" bottles that meets those criteria.

This charming vintage mini sample perfume bottle is by Luxor (Luxor Toilet Requisites, Armour and Company, Chicago, Illinois) The exotic-sounding name Luxor, suggests the mysteries of ancient Egypt, but was, in fact, a brand created by the Chicago-based Armour & Company. The Luxor trademark, was first used in 1910. The sample mini in this listing is a tall, slender clear glass bottle with a front label, and a cork stopper. The label has a bouquet of posies and "Luxor Bouquet/Luxor Ltd/USA."

Classic 1994 mini perfume bottle. Dolce & Gabbana is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1985 in Legnano (a Province of Milan) by Italian designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The two met in Milan in 1980 where they designed for the same fashion house. In 1982, they established a designer consulting studio of their own that became "Dolce & Gabbana. This is their men's fragrance, Dolce & Gabbana (Pour Homme) EDT, in a clear glass simple bottle with a dark blue cap. Filled with their clear signature fragrance, and comes in a dark blue flocked box. Made in Italy.

Ciro launched their fragrance, Ricochet, 68 years ago, in 1955. This replica bottle has a great deco shape and a gold ribbed cap. Clear glass bottle with two oppossing curved lines molded into the glass.

WORTH, JE REVIENS, MINI PERFUME BOTTLE, c.Late 1940s - Early 1950s.
This delicate mini perfume bottle was made by Worth for the fragrance "Je Reviens." The bottle is empty. Although this fragrance was introduced to the market in 1931, I believe the bottle dates to a much later time - possibly the late 1940s or early 1950s. It is round but flask-shaped. The cap is gilded plastic. The gold foil label is printed in red "Je Reviens Worth Paris France." The tiny little oval bottom is molded in raised letters -- French Bottle.
Size: 1 5/16" high x 1 1/8" wide (at widest point). Bottom: 7/16" wide x 3/16" deep. Condition: Excellent - no chips or cracks on the bottle or stopper. Gold foil label - very good, a little bit of age wear near bottom. Click on gallery image to see additional photos.

RAPHAEL, REPLIQUE, MINI PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1944
This mini perfume bottle was made by Raphael and contains the fragrance "Replique." No evaporation -- the bottle is completely full -- never been opened. However, this perfume is old and should not be worn. The cap appears to be metal. The bottom of the bottle is molded in raised letters - RAPHAEL FRANCE HP.
Size: 1 3/8" high x 3/4" wide. Condition: Bottle and cap -- excellent. Label -- good, completely intact, no tears, some staining, lettering a little smudged. Click on gallery image to see additional photos.

This mini was made by Cheramy. The bottle is empty. The pink and green label reads "April Showers Parfum, Cheramy, New York, Cap. [capacity] 1/6 oz. net." The bottle is cylinder-shaped. The green bakelite cap and bottle have an all-around ribbed pattern.
Size: 2 1/2" high x 1 3/4" wide (approx.). Condition: Excellent -- no chips or cracks on the bottle or cap. Label, excellent, teeny tiny area of upper right corner missing; slight age darkening. Click on gallery image to see additional photos.

LANDER, HEAVEN, MINI CANDLE PERFUME BOTTLE, c.1950s
This mini perfume bottle candle used by Lander, a New York company. The bottle is empty. Originally contained 1/8 fl.oz. of "Heaven." The bottle has a twisted design with a burgundy bakelite flame-shaped cap. The silver foil label is printed in black. This bottle was used in the Lander glass boot and glass candleholder.
